Lauren Rose Spray Graffiti Snapback. Designed by Peter Meijn Amsterdams finest graffiti artist,
The art of graffiti has come a long way and mesmerizes millions. Lauren Rose shows respect to this artform and created a line of hats ” Painter4life”.
“Painter4life” hats have a special feature with a mask that can be detached. The mask is used to keep the fumes out of your face or just to look badass.
The term “graffiti” was first used by novelist Norman Mailer and in 1971, The New York Times printed an article about TAKI 183, a kid from Washington Heights who left his signature everywhere he went. Yes, the graffiti writers’ life can be described as; determined to keep their names and the culture alive.
Concrete walls are sledgehammered, fences are cut open, dug under, or climbed over, cameras are obscured, security guards observed night after night until a moment of opportunity is revealed and train timetables studied and memorized, all for no financial gain. Lauren Rose calls them “Painter4life”.
